I cut his teeth in advertising. I persuade millions to buy my clients’ brands. still. for better part of my life, I’ve worked with the world’s leading advertising and marketing companies. In between, I’ve been an entrepreneur too.

I’ve published columns in Business Standard, Strategist and Inc. Write actively. On diverse subjects and issues, from business to environment and politics to society.

I enjoy reading, a lot and a lot of diverse subjects. Among the subjects that fascinate me the most are relationships and human behavior. But what I enjoy most is economics of everything. I’m very fond of observing people. I love to interact with people, especially millennials. Intelligent and meaningful conversations excite me. I laugh easily and greatly appreciate people with sense of humour.  TED talks enlighten me. My favourite magazine is The Economist. And to start a morning without Business Standard makes me morose.

There are many people I admire. Narayana Murthy in business – I built my company on ethical values Mr Murthy espoused. I’m a big fan of Rahul Dravid. Vivian Richards, Micheal Holding, Harsha Bhogle, Dr Eric Berne, Nandan Nilekani, Ramachandra Guha, T N Nina, Bejoy Kumar Y, Jeffery Archer, Bill Gates, Barack Obama and Malcolm Galdwell are the personalities I admire the most. But the person I admire the most is Mahatma Gandhi.
