Question 1: If I sign up but don’t show up for the session?
Answer: The session would be considered as consumed, and no refund shall be applicable for the said session.
Question 2: Can I postpone the session?
Answer: Yes, you can. You can request a fresh, mutually convenient date and time. But it must be done at least a day in advance, that is by the day prior to the appointed date of the session.
Question 3: Can I discontinue after one or more sessions?
Answer: Yes, you can. There is no obligation. However, if you have opted for Plan 2 – A six-session package, you will entitled to receive money-back as per terms & conditions*
Questions 4: Generally, how many sessions does it take to solve the problem/s?
Answer: There is no definite answer to this. But generally, a sesson or two would convince you if counseling is effective.
Question 5: Will I get my money back if my problem remains unresolved post the sessions?
Answer: No, a money-back guarantee doesn’t apply doesn’t apply to resolution. I only apllies to un-used sessions.
Question 7: Do I have the option of taking virtual sessions?
Answer: Sessions would generally be virtual. You can request for an in-person, or offline session, and the same would be accepted subject to availability of slots.
Question 8: Can I change my session from virtual to in-person, or offline to an in-person meeting?
Answer: Yes, you can. But is subject to my availability.
Question 9: Is there a price difference between offline and virtual sessions?
Answer: No. Only when we meet at a public place, a café for instance, I would expect you to cover the applicable charges payable to the venue/café/restaurant.
Question 10: What happens to the data collected during sessions?
Answer: The data is private to you. It’s not shared with anyone for any purpose at all. Please refer to our data privacy policy.
